These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Yaqeen Technology Consulting LLC (“Yaqeen Technology,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers, clients, and organizations (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing services, paying an invoice, submitting a payment, approving a proposal, or requesting work to begin, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Yaqeen Technology provides professional technology, consulting, administrative, healthcare support, credentialing, provider enrollment, implementation, and related business services. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Services may be delivered remotely, electronically, by phone, email, online portals, secure file exchange, project management tools, or through authorized service delivery team members.
Credentialing and provider enrollment services are professional administrative support services. Yaqeen Technology may assist with preparing, reviewing, organizing, submitting, and tracking credentialing or enrollment-related information.
Client understands that final approval, processing timelines, payer acceptance, enrollment decisions, participation status, reimbursement approval, and related outcomes are controlled by third-party payers, insurance companies, healthcare organizations, government agencies, clearinghouses, credentialing bodies, or other external entities.
Yaqeen Technology does not guarantee payer approval, enrollment acceptance, credentialing completion by a specific date, reimbursement eligibility, or approval from any third party.
Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the requested services. This may include provider details, business information, licenses, tax documents, NPI information, CAQH access, payer details, practice information, signatures, authorization forms, and other supporting documentation.
Delays caused by missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or late information from the Client may delay project completion. Yaqeen Technology is not responsible for delays caused by the Client, third-party payers, portals, government agencies, insurance carriers, or other outside organizations.
Yaqeen Technology may use employees, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, offshore team members, or authorized service delivery partners to perform services. All such team members operate under Yaqeen Technology’s direction and are part of our authorized service delivery process.
Client agrees that use of authorized delivery resources does not change the validity of the service, payment obligation, or non-refundable nature of work already started or performed.
Payment is due according to the invoice, proposal, order form, Stripe payment page, or written agreement provided to the Client. By submitting payment, Client authorizes Yaqeen Technology to begin work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees may include setup fees, project fees, monthly fees, implementation fees, consulting fees, administrative support fees, credentialing fees, software fees, or other service-related charges.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all professional service payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Because these services require time, labor, planning, administrative effort, and resource allocation, fees are earned once work begins.
If Client cancels after work has started, Client remains responsible for all fees associated with work performed, time spent, resources allocated, third-party costs incurred, and administrative effort completed.
Refunds are only available if Yaqeen Technology agrees in writing before work begins or if a refund is required by applicable law.
For credentialing, provider enrollment, healthcare, payer-related, or third-party approval services, refunds will not be issued due to:
Yaqeen Technology’s role is to provide professional support services. We do not control third-party decisions or timelines.
Client agrees to contact Yaqeen Technology first to resolve any billing, refund, cancellation, or service concern before filing a credit card dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal.
If Client files a dispute or chargeback for services that were authorized, started, performed, or delivered, Yaqeen Technology reserves the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, card network, bank, or financial institution. Evidence may include invoices, payment records, service descriptions, written approvals, email communications, work logs, screenshots, project notes, portal activity, submitted documents, and other proof of service.
Filing a chargeback does not cancel Client’s obligation to pay for services that were authorized, started, performed, or delivered.
Yaqeen Technology may maintain documentation of work performed, including project notes, emails, task records, screenshots, file submissions, system logs, meeting notes, forms, and other business records.
These records may be used to verify service delivery, support billing, respond to payment disputes, or document project history.
Yaqeen Technology will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information provided by the Client. Client agrees not to send unnecessary sensitive information unless specifically requested.
For healthcare-related services, Client is responsible for ensuring that any protected health information, provider information, or sensitive documents are shared through appropriate and authorized methods. If HIPAA or similar compliance obligations apply, the parties may enter into a separate Business Associate Agreement or other required agreement.
Yaqeen Technology provides technology, administrative, consulting, and operational support services. We do not provide legal, medical, clinical, tax, accounting, or billing compliance advice unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.
Client should consult qualified legal, clinical, billing, or compliance professionals for advice specific to their organization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaqeen Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost revenue, lost profit, business interruption, payer denial, enrollment delay, reimbursement delay, or third-party processing issues.
Yaqeen Technology’s total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate services according to the applicable proposal, agreement, or written notice terms. Termination does not relieve Client from paying for services already performed, work already started, or costs already incurred.
Yaqeen Technology may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided through another written method. Continued use of our services after updates means Client accepts the revised terms.
